Kropf v. Kropf, 2011 Pa. Super. 123 (Pa. Super. 2011)

A husband's objection to his wife's choice of venue in a divorce action was held to be waived where he failed to raise it in preliminary objections.  His forum non conveniens claim failed because he failed to support it with adequate evidence of record.
